We promise to provide you with the opportunity and support to see you grow, but the success of the Services ultimately depends on you. We offer a guarantee if you opt for an annual All Access coaching subscription, underlining our confidence in the services we provide. If you do not experience the promised results and opt to invoke the guarantee, a full refund will be issued to you.

The YC Client Guarantee: 2 x your investment (based on your gross revenue increase), or get your money back. 

Conditions of the Guarantee: 

• If you have a 12-month commitment, you must complete 12 full consecutive months of coaching.

• If you are a participation client, you must actively participate, adhere and implement (and be able to provide proof) based on the coaching provided.

• Should “impossible circumstances” significantly impede coaching results, the guarantee will be void. This may include legal issues, financial distress not resulting from coaching (e.g., business debt load prohibits implementation of coaching recommendations) or events beyond reasonable control (e.g., pandemics, natural disasters, extreme recession).  Impossible circumstances do not mean we won’t work with you — if you need help, we’re here to help and are ready to enter the fight with you.

• If we see that you are not implementing our recommendations or suggestions, the guarantee will be voided. Before informing you of such, we will provide at least two (2) written warnings with you sharing that we don’t see you implementing our suggestions, so there will be no surprises
